This dish is flavored with gluten-free soy sauce and vegetable concentrate. Plump udon noodles, with a perfectly soft boiled egg marinated with ginger, and scallion. Top it off with some fresh crisp bok choy, leeks, and shaved shiitake mushrooms and enjoy!
