Served alongside a cauliflower hash this dish is gluten free and spiced with smoked paprika, and finished with some tomato paste for a little tang. Quickly cooked is a local free-range egg, done sunny side up or however you feel is necessary that day. Finished with a light vinaigrette made with maple syrup, dijon, and scallion and you're set for a quick and simple steak dinner.
