Our house made kraut is AMAZING! Made with a few simple ingredients and fermented for two and a half weeks at low cellar temperatures for the perfect probiotic tang but not too sour.
The house kraut we make is made with cabbage, salt, LOVE and just a touch of sugar.
Kraut goes great as a garnish on a dinner bowl, side, and even a sandwich. You can also sauté up some onions, garlic, and fresh herbs and throw the kraut in at the end just to warm and so adding another level of flavor to you kraut.

Our pickled cabbage salad is one of our most unique products should really be treated as a condiment to accompany a variety of dishes. Its great as a side with a burger, crunchy pickled additional to a salad, or as a side with any meals that's a little fatty and needs that little acidic touch!
This salad is made with cabbage, carrot(it does change with a variety of vegetables including peppers and cauliflower), along with our house brine including a secret blend of pickling spices, vinegar, salt, sugar, and oil.
