Our artisan crafted sauces are a great topper for anything really, especially our dumpling as you've probably had them most with. Really though you can top any kind of meat, they're great on your morning eggs or hash browns or just spoon fed when you forget to buy ice cream and need a pint of something delish.

SAUCES Tikka Masala: Tomato Puree, Caramelized WA Grown Onion, Spices, Salt, Cream Charred Garlic: Garlic, Thyme, Salt, Water Sweet Onion and Dill: WA Grown Onion, Organic Garlic, Cayenne, Fresh Dill, Cream, Salt Fire Roasted Tomato: Roma Tomatoes, Garlic, Habanero, Salt, Spices Butter Curry: Calypso Curry, Garam Masala, Tomato Paste, Cream, Butter, Vegetable Stock, Caramelized Onion, Garlic Our Teriyaki Sauce: Our classic yaki sauce great for stir frys or marinating that's accented with fresh garlic. Sweet and salty, all you need. Traditional Yakisoba Sauce: If you're doing an noodle stir fry this is what you need, its got a little sweetness from our hoisin addition, as well as enough savory and just that extra perfect note with the addition of worcestershire. Orange Hoisin: Great for sauteing, marinating or glazing. You can add a little cornstarch to thicken it up more and then reduce it to a glaze for finishing off ribs on the grill. In this sauce we've got hoisin, orange juice and zest, soy sauce, oil, garlic, ginger. It's got that sweet and savory, but with the combination of ingredients that you haven't seen before.
