Handmade spaghetti noodles quickly boiled off while freshly cut seasonal vegetables roast off in the oven. 

Simply done, this dish accentuates the rich nature of goat cheese and the bounty of fresh local vegetables. Finished off with lemon juice and parmesan cheese and topped with crispy roasted walnuts.
